Understanding Habit Score — your daily health and behaviour data, summed up in one number

The Xircle app screen showing the Habit Score summarising a day of behaviour

Habit Score is a summary value the Xircle app calculates from that day's behaviour, combining signals captured by Xircle Band — movement, sleep and how consistent the day's routine was — into one number. The point is not to judge whether the day was "good" or "bad", but to give a starting place for knowing which detail to look at next.

The values that feed the score are chosen because they affect each other in real life: a night of poor sleep is often followed by a day of less movement. Habit Score tries to read that whole picture rather than treating each value as unrelated to the rest.

One thing worth keeping in mind: Habit Score is a starting point for noticing, not a target to push up every single day. A lower score on some days is normal. What matters more is the trend across a week — whether it is genuinely moving because the routine behind it changed.

Habit Score sits on the Xircle app home screen, with a button to see which value pulled the score up or down that day. If you have not connected an Xircle Band yet, see how on the product page.
